Habitat for Humanity International was built on a foundation of faith, with a mission to build safe, affordable housing with (not for) people in the United States and around the world. Faith Build Week is an annual event specifically designed to engage and unite churches, congregations, and faith members of our community by putting faith in action through service and support.
The tangible experiences that Habitat provides allow you to engage your faith community and work alongside volunteers and Habitat families of all faiths. No experience is necessary to volunteer, and all faith groups are welcome. We will teach you everything you need to know on the build site, and there are a variety of tasks, indoors and outdoors, that require all levels of skill and ability. We also can offer tailored experiences to fit your group, such as a focus for students, singles, or small groups.
